A leadership style that focuses entirely on reacting to external circumstances rather than shaping them. RL managers believe that proactive planning is unnecessary, as the future is inherently unpredictable.

Advantages
Allows quick adaptation; works well in highly volatile industries.
Disadvantages
Lacks long-term vision; creates instability; leads to erratic decision-making.
